Areas of Practice
Rotem Peretz joined the firm in May 2016. His practice is dedicated exclusively to Family Law and related matters, and is experienced in the areas of divorce, custody and parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, post-judgment issues, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence, and appeals. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Peretz clerked for the Honorable Nancy Sivilli, J.S.C., Family Part – Essex County (2013-2014), after which he entered private practice with an Essex County law firm. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Peretz is actively involved in the legal community. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (Family Law Executive Committee, Young Lawyers Subcommittee) and the Monmouth County Bar Association, and serves as an Associate Editor of the New Jersey Family Lawyer. Mr. Peretz was selected to the 2018 New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars list published by Thomson Reuters in the area of Family Law. Mr. Peretz graduated cum laude and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
